70mm Eurocell Logik Profile
We specify Eurocell's Logik door system as standard — a six-chamber 70mm uPVC profile manufactured in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The six chambers do the thermal work; the depth gives the slab the structural rigidity an entrance door demands when it's slammed twice a day for twenty years.
Galvanised Steel Reinforcement (Full Perimeter)
Continuous galvanised steel reinforcement runs the full perimeter of both the door leaf and the outer frame. This is the bit budget installers cut corners on — and the bit that determines whether your door still locks properly five years in or whether it's started to drop on its hinges.
28mm Glazed or Solid Insulated Panel
Either a 28mm double-glazed unit (toughened outer, argon-filled, low-E inner) for half-glazed and fully glazed designs, or a fully insulated 28mm composite panel for solid styles. Decorative glass — leaded, bevelled, stained — is sealed inside the unit so it can never need cleaning.
Yale or Avocet 3-Star Cylinder
Every uPVC front door we install ships with a TS007 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick cylinder as standard — not as a £60 upcharge. Yale Platinum or Avocet ABS, both Sold Secure Diamond rated, both accepted by every major UK home insurer.
Multi-Point Hookbolt Mechanism
A Yale or Maco multi-point locking mechanism with two hookbolts, a deadbolt and a centre latch — five engagement points up the strike side. The hookbolts physically clamp the door leaf into the frame as you lift the handle, eliminating warping over time.
Co-Extruded Triple-Seal System
Three lines of EPDM gasket: outer weather seal, centre acoustic and thermal seal, inner draught seal. EPDM rubber stays flexible across the full UK temperature range — unlike cheaper PVC seals that go hard and let draughts in by year four.

Dual-Colour Specification
Specify a foiled colour externally and white internally for no structural cost. Common on rear-of-property installs where the homeowner wants kerb appeal outside but white internal trims to match existing hallway joinery.
Decorative Glass Designs
